Shifters
From now on, whenever I refer to a group activity that is designed to shift energy, or thinking, I’m going to call it a shifter. Energisers are all about energising – and sometimes a group needs calming. Ice-breakers are only necessary when there’s ice. Shifters. Yep. Works for me.
