Let go

I really like today’s cartoon from Hugh MacLeod. Here’s his caption: “If you’re unhappy, nine times out of ten it’s because you’re clinging onto something. Nine times out of ten, happiness and letting go are synonymous”

This is one of the key improv principles for business. If you are going to reach towards something new, and maybe take some risks, you’re going to have to eventually let go of whatever it is you are clinging to – such as current habits or thinking.

Wonder if Hugh could be persuaded to do cartoons for some other improv principles for business?
